Several options available:

* 21.1mm with M8 X 1.25 threading - for most Asian made stems with a solid quill bolt.

* 21.1mm with M10 X 1.0 threaded - for most Asian made stems with a hollow quill bolt (known as a Potts Mod bolt)

* 22.2mm with M8 X 1.25 threading - not common for BMX - usually used on beach cruisers, older mountain bikes, etc.
