Finally a quill adapter made of chromoly! Don't be fooled by other similar adapters for sale on the Internet - they don't mention what their adapters are made out of for a reason.
Use this adapter on an old school BMX bicycle (or other bicycle that takes a 21.1mm quill stem) and then run a newer style 1 1/8" threadless stem.
