Racing double stem pad imported from Taiwan by Canadian bicycle distributor BRC in the late 1970's (possibly very early 1980's).
Color: Red vinyl w/ black foam
Fits the old style double clamp stem (Mongoose, CeBe, etc.).
5" wide, 10" long
