Old school BMX Potts Mod hollow stem bolt for old and mid school quill stems. This is use to route your front brake cable through your fork steer tube allowing for bar spins (assuming you're running a rotor or gyro for the rear brake)
This is the "tall head" version, which was used on Forklifter stems and other stems where it would be difficult to get a wrench due to interference with the stem top cap.
Brand new, never installed.
Purchased bulk, so no retail packaging.
