Racing single stem pad imported from Taiwan by Canadian bicycle distributor BRC in the late 1970's (possibly very early 1980's).
Color: Blue vinyl w/ black foam
Fits the old style single stem (Schwinn, Ashtabula, etc.)
In original packaging.
