From Porkchop: This a top quality hub set with the right styling for any BMX Bicycle: old school or modern. Plus, with the flip flop rear, you have the most flexibility with gearing options.

Measurements to calculate spoke length needed to lace these:

Front hub:

* 37.6mm flange diameter (center of spoke hole to center of spoke hole on opposite side of the same flange).

* 68.0mm Flange to flange width (center of flange to center of flange). For most spoke calculators you will enter in HALF of this number since the hub is symmetric and the calculators will ask for the distance from the center of the hub to the center of the flange.

* 2.5mm spoke holes

Rear hub:

* 45.0mm flange diameter (center of spoke hole to center of spoke hole on opposite side of the same flange).

* 54.0mm Flange to flange width (center of flange to center of flange). For most spoke calculators you will enter in HALF of this number since the hub is symmetric and the calculators will ask for the distance from the center of the hub to the center of the flange.

* 2.5mm spoke holes

A great free spoke calculator is spocalc.xls (it requires you have Excel) - it is available at this link: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/rinard/spocalc.htm

More info about what the above measurements are and how you use them to figure spoke length is halfway down the page in that link. The other two pieces of information you'll need is the ERD (Effective Rim Diameter) of your rims and what pattern you want your wheels laced (3 cross and 4 cross are the two most common for BMX).
