Blue anodized aluminum alloy seat post clamp very similar to the old Tuf Neck clamps.
It is 25.4mm (1 inch) which fits most any old school steel or chromoly frame that uses a 7/8" seatpost.
These were purchased in bulk so will come with no retail packaging.
