  • Porkchop BMX ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands as well as all countries worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

    I ship worldwide. However, this store software does not yet fully support USPS International shipping. I ship exclusively using USPS due to the very reasonable rates. Therefore, if you are outside of the United States of America and would like to place an order, send an e-mail to Justin@PorkchopBMX.com with the list of items you are interested in (and quantities of each item), your e-mail address, and what country you are in. I will then send an itemized Paypal invoice that will show correct shipping charges to your country. You are under no obligation to order at this point, but please realize this manual invoicing is time consuming - please no window shoppers. To give you a general idea of International shipping costs, shipping to most overseas countries for a pair of tires is about $34 USD. You can add a 2nd pair of tires for another $8-$10 USD. Meanwhile, a small item like a set of chainring bolts is about $3 USD and a pair of most grips is $5 to $7 USD to ship. These are approximations, your particular country may vary (for instance, shipping to Canada would be much less).

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Porkchop BMX is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Sales Tax
  • Porkchop BMX charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site if it is shipped to an address in Georgia at a rate of 7.00%.


  • Return Policy

  • If a return is necessary, prior approval is required.

    Any packages returned without prior approval will be refused.

    Returns not accepted after 30 days - therefore, be sure to inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt.

    If you discover you need to return an item, e-mail an explanation of why you need to return the item(s) to Justin@PorkchopBMX.com. You will receive a return authorization number to write on the outside of the box and the address to send the package to. Any items must be returned in the same condition as was sent with all retail packaging (if any) intact.

    Returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or for any custom items (such as brake cable housing sold by the foot). Therefore, please check your application before ordering and again before installing.
