This is a DOUBLE PULL lever. It allows for two popular applications:

1. For flatland/freestyle, use it with a gyro and run two cables directly to the gyro. This eliminates the weak "Y" cable design of most gyros.
2. For general use, apply both front and rear brakes with only this RH lever.

Fits standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars - has hinged mounts (so you don't have to remove your grips to install).

If you want to change the barrel adjusters, they take M6 adjusters.
