Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items marked as NOS (New-Old Stock) are not returnable. Decals are not returnable. EVOLUTION BRAKE MOUNTS and CUSTOM CUT SPOKES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Anything purchased in our BLEMISH/SCRATCH/DENT section is not returnable. Sealed packages that are ripped open are not returnable.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Anything you return to us will be sent out to another customer as new - therefore, if you tried to install it, you mangled the packaging, or are incapable of safely packaging and shipping an item, please don't ask to return something. Nearly 100% of returns can be avoided by reading the description and MEASURING before you order. Measure first, order once.

Free shipping isn't free. If your return constitutes more than 50% of your order or if returning an item puts the original order under the $39 free shipping threshold, we will subtract the cost of the original shipping from your refund. THEREFORE, PLEASE MEASURE AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING.

NOTE: If we sent you the wrong item, that isn't a return - if this happens, Contact Us immediately and we'll make it right.

Cancelling an order: If you cancel an order before it ships you will not be refunded the 4% in merchant payment processing fees (as we do not receive those back either).

 

Shipping

All products shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We always pack your order in less than 24 hours. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will e-mail you right away. If you haven't received a shipping notification and it's been more than 24 hours check your spam folder. Either it is there, or we have tried to contact you about an issue with your order.

We ship 7 days a week and have pickups 6 days a week, therefore keep in mind changing an order is not always possible. If you discover you need to make a change, be sure to Contact Us immediately.

We do not offer any shipping services that provide a guaranteed delivery date. Any delivery dates provided on our website or with tracking information are ESTIMATES.

We do not offer NEXT DAY AIR or any other OVERNIGHT shipping options - we have 15 years worth of reasons why. We do however ship ALL orders in less than 24 hours.

If you choose FREE SHIPPING, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method that offers the best value. We use USPS Ground Advantagel, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS, and UPS Ground Saver (Surepost).

NEW (02-03-2024): Due to long transit times with USPS, we are now offering a "Free-ish Shipping" option. If your order qualifies for free shipping (over $39 before taxes or shipping) and you are in the lower 48 states, you can choose this option for $5 and your order will ship via UPS. There is not a way to block this option from orders that do not qualify, so if you choose it by mistake we will either send an invoice for the difference in shipping cost or ship cheapest if the $5 covers it.

 

International Shipping

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.

If you have a U.S. zip code, you are part of the U.S. and therefore we ship to you (i.e. we ship to Puerto Rico, Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, APO's etc.) 

For everyone in the world without a U.S. zip code, 99% of our items are listed on eBay and you can order there using their eBay International Shipping.

We are not going to debate with you about our policy. We are not going to explain to you why eBay items are more expensive. We are not going to respond to your emails where you think you're more specialer than other people in your country and that you think we should make an exception for you. Stop wasting our time and yours.

And if you decide to put an order in anyway (meaning you chose the U.S. as your country but then entered in the address of another country) we will be subtracting the transaction fees from your refund because payment processors do not refund that to us (which is about 4%).

As always the best option to buy from us if you are outside the U.S. is to have the items shipped to someone in the U.S. and have them forward the package to you. That gives you the full selection and low prices of our website, but you deal with the carriers’ logistical challenges directly.
