Old school BMX Potts Mod hollow stem bolt for Tuf Neck or Pro Neck stems. This is used to route your front brake cable through your fork steer tube allowing for bar spins (assuming you're running a rotor or gyro for the rear brake)
Notice the wedge is stepped and an exact reproduction of the wedges used in Tuf and Pro Neck stems. It is unlikely this will work with any other stepped wedge stem.

We have tested this on both 4" and 4 1/2" quills and it works. However, on a 4" quill, the wedge will be threaded most of the way up the bolt.
This 10mm bolt will be RIGHT AT THE LIMIT to fit in the hole on the top of your stem and may require drilling/reaming of your stem for it to work.
