These are officially licensed reproduction decals that we make in house, at Porkchop BMX in Georgia, USA.
One downtube decal for the 1980-81 Schwinn Predator. This bike did not appear in the Schwinn catalog for either 1980 or 1981, and I've seen survivor frames with this downtube decal and claims of 1980 and 1981 model year.
Translucent blue and red is printed on holographic vinyl. You receive one decal as shown.
Is it accurate? Well, this was created using an NOS sticker. I will note however that on the NOS sticker, the two PREDATOR logos are not identical to each other. This is most likely because artwork back in the day was hand drawn and therefore seldom perfect. We chose one "PREDATOR" and then copied it for the other one. So while that makes it not exactly the same as the original, our experience has been over the past 20 years that if we reproduce mistakes or sloppiness, even if accurate, we get complaints - so we did not copy the original decal exactly for that reason.
This decal is approx. 7" long by 3" tall (it wraps around the top of the downtube so that "PREDATOR" appears on each side of the downtube).
