This is a 2021 VANS PK Ripper Looptail frame - it is warranty replacement stock from SE so was never made available for sale standalone.

20" wheel, 3/8" dropouts
1 1/8" threadless (includes silver SE branded headset)
Uses 27.2mm seatpost (NOT INCLUDED - but silver seat clamp is included)
V-brake mounts
Despite being set aside in case a frame needed to be replaced due to a warranty claim, this frame is numbered as part of the 1200 worldwide production run - it is stamped on the inner left dropout 1133 (see last photo)
