These were OEM for SE Bikes and bought in bulk, so no retail package is included. In fact, please zoom in on the photo and notice there is light scratching - this is because they were stored bulk. These were a one-time buy - when they're gone, they're gone.
M30 (30mm threads) 15 tooth X 1/8" (chain width) freewheel.
This is for a 30mm hub (the threaded portion where the freewheel is installed should measure 30mm). This is the small side of a flip flop hub. If your hub is only threaded on one side, you MUST MEASURE to be sure this fits - because it probably will not fit.
Will only work with 1/8" wide chains.
