Length: Tube length is exactly 18" (457mm) - minimum insertion is 2 1/2" from the end. Therefore, maximum (theoretical) seat high is 15.5". I say theoretically because depending on your weight, you'd never want to run a layback seat post with only 2 1/2" in the frame - please use common sense when installing and insert at least 6" into your frame.

NOTE: No layback post is "unbendable". It isn't just rider weight that causes a post to bend - it is also how far back you mount your seat on the rails, how much rake (angle) your frame's seat mast has to it, how high you run the post, etc. This post is chromoly and it won't bend if installed and used sensibly. There is no warranty. If this causes you concern it is recommended that you go with a straight post instead.
