This is a NOS (New Old Stock) Trik Topz number plate from the mid-1990's.
It has no packaging and has been just thrown in a box with other parts for decades so is a little dirty.
These were made for Trik Topz in Southern California by Neal Enterprises (the Jive Handle folks).
Overall dimensions: 11 1/8" x 7 3/8"
No packaging or zip ties are included.
