These are for rod pull brakes that use RECTANGULAR PAD BASES (not the oval profile bases) made by manufacturers such as Raleigh, Rudge, Phillips, and Hurcules.

BE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR OLD PADS AND/OR PAD HOLDERS BEFORE ORDERING. 

Overall length is 57.0mm.

Braking surface are is 8.7mm X 57.0mm

Height is 15.7mm (this is measured overall, including the insert base and to the top edge of the high side of the angled braking surface)

The slight dovetail (that slides into the pad holder) top is 10.1mm and tapers down to 9.25mm.

The pad surface is angled (angle unknown - I don't have a way to measure it accurately and there are no specs provided by Kool Stop).
