These SE "Cowboy Cut" Landing Gear forks were used on the 2019 PK Ripper 20" bikes and have never been sold individually. They were stocked as warranty replacement parts by SE.
They are painted black and DO NOT have the SE stamp on the bottom of each leg - that is what the "Cowboy Cut" means, which was apparently one of the first forks SE made, even before Landing Gears (and I guess what the Landing Gears evolved into). There is no date stamp on the steer tube.

1 1/8" threadless, 250mm long steer tube
3/8" drop outs
For 20" (406mm ISO bead diameter) wheel.
